Hey folks! FlashDen is looking for a part-time Site Manager to start … well, immediately! Here are the details:
Hours per week
This role would require 20 hours of work per week. You will need to be contactable via email from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Skype for IM.
If you are looking for full-time work or a larger number of hours, please mention this when you apply. We are a growing organization and may be able to accommodate the right person.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the FlashDen Site Manager include the following:
- Reporting to the marketplace manager on technical improvements, site growth and industry news
- Assisting support staff to handle complex technical or copyright queries
- Maintaining and improving pricing and categorization
- Updating and maintaining reviewers manual and policy
- Overseeing and leading the review team
Skillset
This is a multi-faceted role, and some managerial experience is required. Additionally, you will need to have:
- Experience and knowledge of Adobe Flash and web design/development in general
- A solid understanding of copyright
- The ability to manage and oversee a team online
- A succinct and professional communication style
Experience and Qualities
This role will carry a lot of responsibility and you will need to:
- Be independent and self-motivated
- Act quickly and professionally under pressure
- Have exceptional organizational skills
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Be 21 years of age or over.
Pay
Pay will be US$700 per week.
