As authors will know, here at FlashDen we have been going through a period of tightening our copyright policy. For the last month we have held a copyright amnesty - a time when all authors could make their files copyright compliant.

In that time we have begun upgrading the Asset Library too, and now have over 100 new photographs with more coming soon. However, we’ve decided to make it better, so that no author has a reason not to be copyright compliant with their assets.

We have decided to extend the copyright amnesty until April 15 2008. That means that you have until then to update your files if you need to.

After April 15, we will be going through the site and disabling files that are not copyright compliant, so to save yourself hassles make sure your files are ready to go! You can learn more about the amnesty and copyright on the new copyright policy page. If you’re an author and you haven’t read it yet, make sure you do!

I know might still be some confusion over copyright. If you have any general questions then you can leave them in the comments and I’ll write about them on this blog.
